I am a counsellor registered with the BACP. I have a degree in Counseling as well as a further degree in Psychological Trauma from Queens University, Belfast. I have spent the last three years working privately and previous to that as a trauma therapist with the Belfast Trust; this included working primarily with trauma and symptoms of panic attacks, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, cognition and behavioural issues. As an integrative therapist I use a range of techniques to suit the clients particular needs.
I offer a safe environment for a client to explore their thoughts feelings and emotions. If applicable techinques on grounding and reducing anxiety will be taught along with exploring causes. Behavioural and cognition changes will also be explored in order to reduce stress and promote well-being.
