Vitally, my clients with complex trauma, various mental health conditions and neurodiversity, built a hardy foundation of therapeutic experience to competently launch my therapist career. I yearn to provide others with the liberation to move through anxiety, depression, addiction and trauma, and soften the stark isolation that can be felt, promoting self-awareness to open doors previously locked. Therapy is fully negotiated to ensure appropriate pace, goals are identified and achieved, utilizing relevant tools that can be packed up for future use post therapy if necessary.
After studying many disciplines, I concluded how best to reach people in a practical way was through cognitive behavioural therapy. However, allow flexibility from a CBT framework to creatively explore and integrate other models, such as logotherapy, mindfulness, and compassion-focused approaches, to devise a tailored therapeutic treatment.
I continue to receive high levels of client-engagement, evidencing strong authentic connections. Moreover, the ability to quickly establish bonds, I attribute to capacity to deeply understand, derived from extensive real-life experience. Furthermore, having learned from highly regarded professionals, I graduated with 91 percent in my final case study.
