Having suffered from Fibromaylagia for many years I understand the impact unexplained illness has on you, family and friends. Hence, I use body/mind approaches for pain and fatigue.
I will utilise my personal experience, skills and knowledge to connect and understand you and your story. Specifically: coping skills you have developed, patterns of behaviour, past traumas, relationships, unexplained pain.
