Welcome. I am a Relational Psychotherapist. Having worked as Clinical lead for a branch of the Charity MIND delivering specialised trauma intervention and training, I have also run an independent private practice of psychotherapy and consultation for more than 10 years in West London. I work with clients on a broad range of issues offering a confidential, empathic space to reflect upon and gain insight into what is affecting them and why. These issues may be the result of day-to-day stresses, specific key events in life and many can stem from childhood.
Clinically I work face to face and online with a number of presentations, including persistent depression, relationship breakdowns, trauma, abuse and gender, sexual identification. I draw on relational psychoanalysis and transactional analysis. I maintain membership with the UKCP and both the European and International Transactional Analysis Association.
My previous professional career in the media has sensitised me to the complexities of working for large and small corporations and also the challenges of freelance work. I have worked extensively with creative professionals throughout the film and tv industry on and off set.
