I have 25 years experience of working with people with mental health and emotional difficulties within a social care and NHS setting, from a range of different life stages and diverse backgrounds. I work as trauma informed intergrative counsellor using relational, psychodynamic, humanistic, CBT, psychosynthesis, transpersonal, person centred approaches
