My name is Christine and I have been a practising counsellor and psychotherapist in the Thames Valley, (Sonning Common) near Reading, RG4 and in Paddington, London W2 for over twenty years. I am fully committed to providing counselling and psychotherapy in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment.
The model I use is an integrative approach, which will include a substantial component of cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT) or solution focused brief therapy. I find that these approaches tend to best meet the needs of individual clients in our hectic, modern world.
I work with couples as well as individuals. I am also a Supervisor and facilitator.
