Hi, I'm Christina. I am an American expat living in the UK since 2020. If you’re hurting, I’m here to help. Life can be challenging and seeking support is a commendable step in taking care of yourself. I believe every human being is important and should always feel safe, cared for, and valued, especially in the therapeutic setting. This is a vital part of the sessions I offer and I believe strongly in respect, non-judgement, honesty and integrity as these are the foundations for your healing.
I have experience with, and enjoy, working with a wide variety of people including diversity in age, economic status, culture, and ethnicity. I enjoy making connections with people and exploring ways to go deeper emotionally to look at the root of an issue. I believe it is important to do this emotional work with sensitivity but also with a sense of humour.
