I work with people who might know what they want or why something is difficult, yet in the moment your body reacts and control is lost. Maybe you are neurodivergent, highly sensitive, or shaped by earlier adversity. I can help you unstick, notice your patterns, and support you in becoming cool, calm, and collected. To trust your responses, so you can meet life with more choice, steadiness, and authenticity rather than old survival strategies. I’m easy going with a good sense of humour.
I specialise in working with neurodivergence, emotional regulation, self-esteem, and relational patterns. I combine cognitive and somatic approaches to understand how your nervous system responds to stress and help resolve what’s happening at a bodily level; not just through insight, but through lived change. Then we can go through the motios together.
Therapy doesn’t have to feel cold or clinical. I offer a space that is thoughtful, compassionate, and honest , where you’re deeply listened to and gently challenged. You’re welcome to cry, swear, rage, and have a giggle. Let me know if you want a free call to see if we’re a good fit :)
