I’m Christina, and I work with a range of issues you may wish to discuss in counselling including anxiety and depression.
However, I specialise in both relationship trauma, including domestic and sexual abuse, and disordered eating. These experiences may have affected your self-worth, confidence, and relationship with your body. You may also have noticed feeling anxious or trauma-bonded in relationships. I work with you to increase your confidence and self-esteem and to develop healthy relationships with yourself and with others. Finally, I can offer you a space to work through negative body image and self-talk.
I can help by offering you a kind and safe relationship, where together we work through what you are bringing to counselling at your own pace. I will offer you compassion and non-judgment, alongside practical tools and techniques to improve your mental health, relationships and work through trauma in a space where you feel safe and comfortable.
