I’m Christina, a trauma, relationships & eating disorders therapist. I also work with mental health difficulties such as anxiety and depression.
I may be a good fit for you if you have experienced relationship trauma such as domestic and sexual abuse or an eating disorder. These experiences may have affected your self-worth, confidence, and relationship with your body. You may also have noticed feeling anxious or trauma-bonded in relationships. I help you to increase your confidence and self-esteem, overcome trauma and develop a healthy relationships with yourself and with others. I can also help you to improve your body image.
I can help by offering you a kind and safe relationship, where together we work through what you are bringing to counselling at your own pace. I will offer you compassion and non-judgment, alongside practical tools and techniques to improve your mental health, relationships and overcome trauma in a space where you feel safe and comfortable.
