I offer a warm, trauma-informed, shame-aware approach rooted in Person-Centred Therapy, with additional LICBT training through my role as a Children’s Wellbeing Practitioner. I have extensive experience supporting young people, adults and families; including those with neurodivergence and SEND, across education, youth-work based and therapeutic settings.
