I’m Chris Espinelli, a Qualified Integrative Counsellor and CBT Therapist (trainee) based in West Yorkshire. I specialise in working with women who are facing emotional challenges — whether they’re recovering from toxic relationships, dealing with the impact of divorce, feeling lost in their careers, or struggling with anxiety, low self-esteem, or depression.
