I’m Chris Espinelli, a Qualified Integrative Counsellor and a CBT Trainee, based in West Yorkshire, England. I have experience supporting women who have experienced divorce and abusive relationships—particularly domestic and emotional abuse—I am committed to guide you reclaim your life, rebuild self-love, confidence, and develop Emotional Independence.
I am a very congruent and empathic person. I offer understanding in a non-judgmental space. My approach is deeply rooted in cultural and religious sensitivity. By integrating my new coaching skills with my counselling experience, including as a Solution Focus Therapist, I offer a holistic approach to personal growth and emotional healing.
My main focus is to provide a safe environment and non-judgemental. My ultimate goal is to help my clients to be emotional independent, build confidence in themselves, set healthy boundaries, recover from people pleasing and finally to have a better life.
