Over the past five years, my work has focused heavily on men's issues, trauma, sex, sexuality, identity, purpose, stress, anxiety, overwhelm and burnout.
I also have a particular focus on identity, self-worth and boundaries.

Conventional indoor therapy is available in the centre of Manchester at my office on St Ann's Square. Online therapy is available via Zoom, and I offer outdoor therapy at various locations in Trafford, Cheshire and the Peak District.
Outdoor therapy offers a unique opportunity to reduce stress and anxiety while exploring your issues in nature. The physicality of outdoor movement has been proven to release endorphins, boosting mood and overall well-being.
