I am an experienced counsellor and psychotherapist. I work both online and in person. I help my clients with many different issues/needs including: anxiety, depression, family issues, anger, relationship problems / divorce, company cultural stress, commercial burnout, feelings of being overwhelmed, addiction, low energy & self-esteem. I adapt my approach to work with my clients goals and create a supportive and nurturing client environment.
My approach is person centred and relational. Essentially we do the work together in a very supportive nurturing environment. Everything we need to work through is already contained within you as an individual.
Within the core of my practice is always the client and I tailor or centre my approach around you. I am conscious that beginning the process of therapy can be very difficult, personal and overwhelming. With this in mind I am focused on ensuring you feel relaxed and at home within our relational space / work.
