A warm welcome to my Counselling and Psychotherapy Private Practice. Thank you for finding me. I understand with certainty that it is overwhelming to feel “stuck” and suffer emotionally, with a constant cycle of intrusive thoughts that can hurt and harm you. This can lead to feeling low, lost and alone. As a integrative counselling psychotherapist I can provide an experienced therapeutic space where respect and acceptance towards you are firmly embedded in my practice enabling me to really hear the uniqueness of the experience you bring to therapy. I offer a complimentary 15 minute conversation to see how we might engage in therapy
I provide a therapy environment which is focused on you and your needs. A non-judgmental space for you to freely explore what is important to you. If you choose me to be your counsellor, I will be committed and ready to hear the feelings, thoughts and experiences that you chose bring along, for you to choose a way forward to live the life you truly want.
