It can be overwhelming to feel “stuck” and suffer emotionally, with a constant cycle of thoughts that can hurt you leading to feeling low, lost and alone. As a pluralistic counsellor, I provide a safe therapeutic space which is client led, working at your pace. Respect and acceptance towards you are firmly embedded in my practice enabling me to really hear the uniqueness of the experience you bring. I offer to join you on a very personal, and often difficult journey, with the knowledge and the ability that I can hold a safe space for you. I have availability in Liverpool City Centre - Heswall, Wirral - Liverpool L17 & Manchester M1
I provide a counselling environment which is focused on you and your needs. A non-judgmental space for you to freely explore what is important to you. If you choose me to be your counsellor, I will be committed and ready to hear the feelings, thoughts and experiences that you chose bring along, for you to choose a way forward to live the life you truly want.
I understand how daunting it can be considering counselling. That first step to understanding ourselves more. As human beings we can forget about our own needs often putting others before ourselves for so long. All my qualifications are counselling related and I am committed to what I do.
