I have experience working with a diverse range of clients struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, codependency, low self-esteem. grief, loss, work-related stress, anger issues, trauma and addiction.
In parallel to my private practice, I am a Specialist Mentor at the University of Bristol. I support students with study and research related stress and anxiety. This includes students with autism, ADHD and BPD.
