Do you often feel sad, nervous or worthless? Do you wonder if you matter to anyone or to yourself? Do you feel lonely even when you have friends or family around you? Or do you feel haunted by something in your past? You are not alone. Many people face these inner struggles, and they can make you feel like you don't belong anywhere but I have learned, both from my work and my own life, that these challenges are part of being human. Life can be overwhelming at times, we may face problems like anxiety, depression, grief, self-worth, relationships or trauma. this can be too hard to cope with and we may need some help.
As a qualified person-centred counsellor, I know that you're the best expert on yourself but we will work together to explore what is troubling you and find a way for you to move on. I will provide a safe, judgement free space for us to collaborate, where you can gain a better understanding of your emotions and how your experiences might be impacting you.
Whatever you bring to our sessions, you can be assured that you can share it freely and without judgement, no matter how big or small you think that your issues are. I’m here to listen. As a qualified person-centred counsellor, I know that you are the best expert on yourself but we will work together to explore what is troubling you and find a way forward.
