People usually see me for help with complex trauma and all that brings. 50 min & 1.5 hour sessions. Not cbt - I use attuned and interactive trauma-therapies that go deep to heal. I help to facilitate an immersive, and expansive experience to help you heal from what has a hold over you, even when you're not sure what that is. When you see me, we work collaboratively and organically, so you can recover, and feel the better you.
Fully trained in Internal Family Systems Therapy: Lv1,2,3. I can use IFS exclusively or integrate. Further training in: AEDP, Ego State/Inner Child, Brainspotting: 123, EMDR 123 & 2.0, EMI 1&2, Lifespan Integration 1&2, & Sensorimotor Psychotherapy. IFS practitioners must be trained from IFS Institute. I use EMDR in a unique way integrating into IFS at times
