Hi, I’m Chris, I am a compassionate counsellor and psychotherapist supporting individuals, on their journey toward healing, growth, and connection, working in Gloucester, Cheltenham, Cirencester and online. My approach is tailored to your needs, drawing from a range of evidence-based techniques, including psychodynamic and person-centered therapy. I am deeply committed to supporting survivors of childhood sexual abuse/assult and domestic violence, because I believe in the incredible resilience and strength that survivors possess. The effects of trauma can feel overwhelming and isolating, but I have seen how the process of therapy can foster healing, restore hope, and rebuild a sense of control.
I became a counsellor because I deeply believe in the power of human connection and the resilience of the human spirit. I am inspired by the courage it takes to seek support and make changes.
