My name is Chris and I am a qualified Integrative Counsellor. Are you struggling with anxiety, depression or have you experienced significant change and are struggling to come to terms with this? Sometimes life can impact us and leave us feeling overwhelmed and reaching out for support can be scary.

As an integrative therapist I can help you to look to the past, the present and future to explore your goals of therapy. I offer a safe, non judgmental space where you will be heard and understood. I work with a wide range of issues from working with children and young people, grief, anxiety, depression and LGBT issues.
