I offer face to face counselling for individuals in my bespoke therapy room. You may need to find a way to talk about a problem you have been struggling with for years or you may be in the midst of a current difficulty that is impacting on your life. Either way you will find me a good listener, empathic and able to help you work your way through whatever difficulties you are facing. You may have very specific goals you want to address or you may just be curious as to whether or not counselling / psychotherapy can help you. Together we can explore your issues and work in a person-centred way to help you.
I offer 60 minute sessions where we can deal with whatever issue(s) or difficulties you are currently facing. I particularly specialise in clients going through bereavement or facing a life limiting illness as I have 8 years experience at a local hospice helping people struggling with either of these difficulties. I also specialise in anger management.
