I offer face to face counselling for individuals in my bespoke therapy room. You may need to find a way to talk about a problem you have been struggling with for years or you may be in the midst of a current difficulty that is impacting on your life. Either way you will find me a good listener, empathic and able to help you work your way through whatever difficulties you are facing. You may have very specific goals you want to address or you may just be curious as to whether or not counselling / psychotherapy can help you. Together we can explore your issues and work in a person-centred way to help you.
I offer 60 minute sessions where we can deal with whatever issue(s) or difficulties you are currently facing. I particularly specialise in clients going through bereavement or facing a life limiting illness and I currently work at a local hospice once a week helping people struggling with either of these difficulties. I also specialise in anger management.
Many clients struggle with issues for years on their own. I would encourage you to take a first step and contact me to see if we can explore your difficulty together and whether I could help you. You will find me approachable, patient and unshockable whatever your particular issue(s) is. I offer appointments Weekdays (except Wednesdays) 8am to 9pm.
