As a person-centred counsellor, I offer a confidential space where we can talk openly about the challenges you are facing. Together, we can explore the difficulties in your life, and I will work with you to navigate through the pain and anguish toward a better place.
I have worked with a diverse range of people from various backgrounds and with diverse experiences. I provide a safe and supportive space for you to discuss your situation openly, free from judgment or opinion, where you can explore the issues that trouble you and work towards gaining a better understanding of your circumstances.
I have volunteered as a counsellor and currently work with an Employee Assistance Program. Additionally, I am a trained Bereavement Counsellor and have close links within the funeral industry, possessing extensive knowledge about how it operates.
I have established my practice, with a confidential space to meet in Four Crosses, Powys and Shrewsbury.
