I meet clients in-person in London both London E8 (nr, London Fields) and SE23 (Forest Hill) and online.
You may have clear goals; be dealing with disruptive thoughts, feelings and behaviours in the present - or echoing from the past. Or you may feel like something's just not right. I can help. I am especially sensitive to each client's unique, interwoven cultural context and the influence this may have on our therapeutic journey.
I work with you, led by you. As an Integrative therapist, I'll craft a therapeutic approach dedicated to you - which we may flex as required over time. We'll discuss what is and isn't working; reviewing your focuses as we work. I offer walk-and-talk therapy in nearby green spaces. I provide a LGBTQIA+ Affirmative space and am QTIPOC-allied.
