About
I am a qualified Counsellor and Psychotherapist with extensive experience with a wide range of client issues including bereavement, self-esteem, shame, guilt and relationship issues to name but a few. I believe passionately that every person is unique and individual. Life can at times be difficult and confusing; a single major event or a number of events can affect our internal equilibrium and affect quality of life. I offer a warm, empathic, safe and non-judgemental space for you to explore your feelings and issues. As a native speaker of Spanish I offer Spanish speaking therapy for the Hispanic community.
As an associate of Co-Parenting Matters in Guildford, I also offer support to individual parents who may be experiencing alienation or exclusion from co-parenting responsibilities during or after divorce/separation.
