I know from my own ongoing therapy journey just how challenging it can be to make the first contact with a counsellor. I offer a free session of 30 minutes online or on the phone so you can 'meet' me in the comfort of your own home, without obligation. You may be suffering from anxiety, depression, the effects of trauma, addiction or be experiencing any other mental health difficulty. I am here to join you on your journey to feeling better. I’ll help you move forward in a way that is right for you.
I use a variety of approaches as a therapist to suit your specific needs. My philosophy is to 'do what works' - and by implication to stop doing what doesn't work. My approach often involves a deep dive into your past, to try and work out the patterns and 'scripts' you are running (often out of awareness) and to update them to suit you better.
