About
I offer confidential and creative psychotherapy to individuals and couples. I work worldwide using Zoom, and in-person in London, UK. My clients usually arrive to work through a difficulty – including anxiety and depression, situations with relationships and sex, issues with alcohol or drugs, loss, recent or historic abuse, betrayal, self-esteem, anger, or a sense of being directionless or stuck. I respect the urgency of the situation – the need to find a way through – and the need for that way to be sustainable and authentic to who you are.
We'll work with your life experiences, your values, your family history, your mind, your cultural inheritance, your relationships, and the system we live in. Like this you can discover a way to navigate your current difficulties that is true to your deep reality. This approach is called existential psychotherapy, and it values your whole existence.
I have clinical experience in NHS and bereavement services, and I work with clients of all kinds in my private practice. As a novelist I bring creative energy to psychotherapy. I offer a warm, straightforward and skilled approach, and I take the time to listen. Do get in touch with questions or to book an appointment - I look forward to meeting you.
