Hi, I’m Chris and I am an experienced counsellor, having spent many years working with a range of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, bullying, stress, gender identity and self-harm. I am highly trained and work using a number of different counselling modalities and as such can tailor counselling to suit your needs, working with individuals, offering both short term counselling and longer-term psychotherapy. I am a member of the BACP and work within their framework.
