Peterlee SR8
Hi, I’m Chloe, a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist offering supportive, practical, and creative therapy for both adults and children aged 8 and over. I work in a calm, welcoming space at East Durham Counselling in Peterlee, County Durham, and I also offer online sessions to clients across the UK.
I use a CBT approach to help you explore and change patterns of thinking and behaviour that may be contributing to anxiety, low mood, stress, self-esteem issues, or simply feeling stuck. CBT is a structured, evidence-based therapy that can provide you with tools to better understand yourself and make meaningful, lasting change.
Alongside my CBT training, I also have a background in drama and the creative arts. This allows me to bring a flexible and imaginative approach to therapy when appropriate – whether that’s using storytelling, or creative ways of exploring thoughts and emotions. Together, we’ll find the way of working that feels most helpful for you or your child.
I offer evening appointments a few nights a week to help fit around busy schedules. Sessions last 50 minutes and are priced at £50. I also offer a free 15-minute introductory phone call so we can see if we’re the right fit.
