Are you a parent of a child or young person with concerns about their mental health? Does your child struggle with their emotions or behaviour? Maybe they are withdrawn, anxious, unmotivated or overwhelmed with school issues such as exam stress? Like adults, children can find it hard to cope when life gets challenging & it can be difficult to know where to go for support. Perhaps your child has experienced events such as bereavement, divorce, friendships & relationship difficulties and they are finding things hard. If this sounds familiar you're not alone.
With over 20 years experience working in schools I understand the pressures that young people face. I specialise in supporting issues around low mood, self esteem, depression, anxiety & self-harm. As an integrative therapist I use a range of techniques including talking therapy, CBT, art, play & creative activities, tailored to my clients needs.
Reaching out for support can feel overwhelming & I welcome you to get in touch for a friendly, no obligation chat if you feel I might be able to help. I currently have term time availability on Wednesdays & Thursdays, between 9am - 4.30pm. I offer face to face, online, or school based sessions within the Peterborough area.

I provide face-to-face counselling sessions and have worked with local schools and charities. I may be able to offer therapy from your own home or in school. Sessions are £55 paid in advance. To get the most benefits, I recommend a minimum of 9 sessions for 5-16yr olds and 6 sessions for over 16's.
