I am a BACP registered psychotherapist with a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Psychology and a Master of Science in Psychotherapy. I have particular experience supporting clients with Depression, low self-esteem and Anxiety - including Generalised Anxiety Disorder, Social Anxiety and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD). I offer long-term & short-term in-person and online therapy for adults and young people (age 13+), with a specific focus on the Person-Centred Approach to counselling.
Sessions involve a safe and empowering therapeutic environment, which aims to encourage self-exploration and provide a space to talk openly. My sessions take place in-person and online via Zoom. There are many benefits to online therapy, including therapy from the comfort of your own home.
I know it can feel very difficult taking the first step towards change, and so I believe it is important to provide an opportunity to get to know your counsellor before beginning therapy. As such, I offer an initial free 20-minute consultation if this is something you would like to do.
