I work as a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner. I have experience assessing and assisting people with mental health conditions and hidden disabilities within their workplaces. I have specialist knowledge and experience in Personality Disorder, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy. I follow the BACP code of ethics. This means that I work with honesty, integrity, mission, and values. I offer Counselling and Psychotherapy on a short- and long-term basis using Person-centered therapeutic Approach. I work with Young People, Couple in Relationship, Families, Domestic Violence, SPIP.
I integrate different therapeutic & psychotherapy theoretical models in working with my clients depending on the client’s presenting issues. My aim is to provide counselling and psychotherapy in a confidential, non-judgmental, secure and welcoming environment all aimed at helping you achieve those changes that you want in your life.
My services also provide an alternative approach through which people can address their difficulties, unpack their emotional fears, and achieve greater psychological and emotional wellbeing. My team and I have our special treatment package for ‘’ Attachment Difficulties’’. We offer support to adults who suffer from the effects of childhood neglect or abuse.
