You may be suffering symptoms of anxiety and depression and you are finding it harder to function in daily life. I am an experienced Psychodynamic Counsellor and work with both individuals and groups. I trained in the Psychodynamic approach at Brighton University and I have studied Group Psychotherapy with the IGA (Institute of Group Analysis). I am also a trained practitioner of “Brainspotting”, an exciting new brain-body therapy treatment method deriving from EMDR.
I aim to offer a safe, respectful and non-judgmental space, where clients can expect to be treated with compassion and empathy. I offer an introductory session where you can ask any questions you might have about counselling and my practice to help you to in decide whether I might be the right counsellor for you at this time.
