You may be feeling anxious, emotionally overwhelmed, disconnected from yourself or others, or stuck in painful relational patterns that keep repeating despite your efforts to change them. Perhaps you struggle with self-doubt, shame, loneliness, people-pleasing, or feeling not fully understood.
I offer a warm, relational, and non-judgemental therapeutic space where we can explore these experiences together at your pace.
I work with adults and couples facing anxiety, depression, self-esteem difficulties, relationship challenges, emotional overwhelm, trauma, loss, and experiences of disconnection.
I also work with different neurotypes and with multicultural and international clients navigating identity, belonging, relocation, or living between cultures.
I have experience working with LGBTQ+ clients and offer an affirming and inclusive environment where different identities and relationships are welcomed.
My approach is integrative, grounded in Relational Transactional Analysis and informed by psychodynamic and CBT approaches. I am currently completing a Clinical Supervision course with an intersectional lens. I offer therapy in English and Italian online and in person in London, as well as a free 30-minute phone or Zoom consultation.
