My therapeutic approach values you as a whole person, welcoming every part of you, exactly as you are. Together we can explore whatever is happening in your life right now, as well as how past experiences might still impact you in the present. We can look at sensitive issues, behaviors, emotions, limiting beliefs, relationship dynamics, and more, helping you develop greater self-awareness and acceptance. I also welcome therapeutic explorations on individual and collective experiences linked to concerns around the state of the world, such as eco-grief and climate-anxiety.
I strive to cultivate a therapeutic environment that feels accessible, inclusive, and ‘safe-enough’ to explore any challenges and help you (re)build your relationship to the different parts of yourself and your experiences. I provide a confidential, non-judgmental space to support you in feeling heard, seen and held throughout this process.
I will offer you a free 20-30 minutes consultation call via phone or Zoom, during which we can get to know each other a little and get a sense if we are the right fit.
I offer in-person, online and telephone call sessions. We can work short- and longer-term, and can regularly review this together to ensure you are getting the support you are looking for.
