My therapeutic approach values you as a whole person, welcoming every part of you, exactly as you are. Together we can explore whatever is happening in your life right now, as well as how past experiences might still impact you in the present. We can look at sensitive issues, behaviors, emotions, limiting beliefs, relationship dynamics, and more, helping you develop greater self-awareness and acceptance. I also welcome therapeutic explorations on individual and collective experiences linked to concerns around the state of the world, such as eco-grief and climate-anxiety.
I strive to cultivate a therapeutic environment that feels accessible, inclusive, and ‘safe-enough’ to explore any challenges and help you (re)build your relationship to the different parts of yourself and your experiences. I provide a confidential, non-judgmental space to support you in feeling heard, seen and held throughout this process.
I will offer you a free 20-30 minutes consultation call via phone or Zoom, during which we can get to know each other a little and get a sense if we are the right fit. I offer in-person, online and telephone call sessions. We can work short- and longer-term, and can regularly review this together to ensure you are getting the support you are looking for.

Working with stress and trauma, I offer to gently bring attention to how body and mind interact, inviting clients to notice and explore sensations with curiosity. I recognise not everyone feels safe in their body and it may not always feel accessible so don't worry: this is your space, and we create it in whichever way feels right and available to you.

Cheyenne shows deep commitment to her clients and prizes all aspects of someone's experience. I highly recommend Cheyenne, particularly to people from marginalised groups due to her commitment to anti-oppressive practice, or those experiencing eco anxiety.

At the heart of my person-centred practice, I follow a holistic approach rooted in empathy and compassion. I do not follow a specific agenda, instead we will go at your own pace and tailor each session in a way that feels most suited to you. We can work with different 'parts' of yourself (drawing on IFS), invite the knowldge of your body (somatics) or explore your experiences with creativity.
