I am an experienced therapist, with specialism in couples therapy. I integrate affective, systemic and cognitive therapeutic work with clients' social values. My work is a combination of listening, reflecting and gentle challenging. I share my observations, discuss the impact of the past or unconscious patterns and introduce alternatives as a way forward.
