Have you ever felt desperate or confused and not known where to turn or what help to ask for? Here at Cheshire Wellness Centre, we’re a wellness centre with a difference. We endeavour to provide a place that’s safe, where people can go when it gets too much. When it comes to mental health, we know there’s no quick fix or one-size-fits-all solution; everyone’s journey is unique, every day is different. That’s why our holistic approach is focused on overall wellbeing, rather than just traditional counselling.
The centre offers a range of activities includes nutritional therapy, mindfulness, life coaching, clinical hypnotherapy and holistic reflexology, as well as counselling. We also offer wellness walks, reiki, sound baths, boxing workshops and yoga classes, all of which are delivered in our tranquil setting, in the heart of the Cheshire countryside.
