About
Are you lacking in self confidence? Feeling vulnerable, lost or broken? Struggling with coming to terms with your own illness or the loss a loved one through illness, suicide or other circumstances? Maybe you are experiencing stress, anxiety or depression? Or simply a sense of unease, a feeling that you can’t put your finger on; an awareness that there are issues affecting your life and the people in it. I am here to help. Life isn’t easy and asking for help outside family and friends can be daunting for so many of us.
As a Person Centred Counsellor I am aware of how debilitating a person can feel when suffering from distressing periods in their lives. The humanistic approach I use primarily values you as a person. In time with gentle encouragement and facilitation, it is hoped you will be able to trust in self and find your inner peace.
The warm and welcoming environment I have created allows me to offer a calm, private and confidential space for you to feel at ease enough to explore your innermost thoughts, feelings and behaviours. Accept what is, let go of what was and have faith in what will be.
