Hello. I am Cheryl Barnes-Tadman BACP Accredited Psychotherapeutic Counsellor. I have been in practice for over twenty five years. I have recently relocated to Netley in Southampton after living in the Isle of Wight for six years. Pre-dating this I managed a successful therapy Centre in Essex. I also worked for many years in a large GP Practice, as well as accepting referrals from Essex Police, the NHS, Occupational Health Departments, Further Education Organisations, EAP Work Resources, and, private referrals from individuals and couples.

I have experienced in working with issues, including Abuse, Anger, Anxiety, Bereavement and Loss, Depression and Low Mood, Health and Life Crises, Low Self Worth, Panic, Relationship Difficulties and Stress.

I initially qualified as a Person Centred Therapist, though over the years have done training and now incorporate Gestalt and CBT into my practice.
