Thank you for looking at my profile. My main aim is to make you feel comfortable, at ease and calm so that we can work together to enhance your life, and deal with the problems and concerns that have brought you to counselling. I truly believe that everyone should have regular access to counselling as life tends to be very complicated for most of us.
My main areas of work are with clients who are dealing with losing loved ones, coming to terms with grief and loss, coping with life changes and other life losses, clients living with long term or life limiting illnesses, and depression and anxiety.
I will provide you with a non-judgemental, safe space in my purpose built counselling rooms in my home which has its own entrance and parking. We can work within a set amount of sessions or at entirely your pace. I am highly qualified to Masters level yet have a warm, friendly and inviting approach. I would love to join you on your journey of discovery.
