Welcome I am Cherisse. I provide a safe and compassionate space where healing and growth begin. I am a dynamic therapist and have a varied experiences of working with clients from different backgrounds and a wide range of presenting issues. I currently deliver a low cost therapy clinic for people aged 18-30 from Black, marginalised or minorities groups who may be struggling to access or afford therapy. Whilst this is the group I tend to work with mostly, I also work with clients outside of this demographic. I have experience of working in private practice, employee assistance programmes and IAPT services.
I understand that life can present us with various challenges that impact our overall well-being. Whether you're facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, or navigating life transitions. I especially like working with people around issues of attachment, work stressors, identity and interpersonal difficulties.
I am committed to providing a safe therapeutic environment for my clients. I offer a warm and supportive environment where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and concerns in a confidential setting. Together, we will work collaboratively to develop personalised strategies to promote healing and positive change.
