Hello, my name is Gill and I am the founder of Chattering Minds Therapy. I am dedicated in providing psychotherapy services in a private practice setting one to one with clients. With empathy, compassion and creativity, I offer short and longer-term therapy that aims to equip you with the necessary knowledge, clarity and tools so that you can reach your goals and lead a happier, more fulfilling life.
I am a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist with training in other modalities such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Mindfulness. I have experience in helping clients manage a variety of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, OCD and much more.
Taking that first step is always the hardest but I speak from experience when I say it is a step worth taking. If you are looking for a practical approach to managing and processing your mental health challenges, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy could be the right choice for you.
