About
We all go through difficult times in life. Most of the time we are able to ride the wave on our own or with support from family and friends. However, sometimes the wave may feel too big and never ending. Sometimes it's just easier to speak to someone we don't know, especially about things we have been hiding away for a long time. Or else we may not want to 'burden' others with our issues. You don't have to be in the dark on your own. A counsellor can share their light with you and in time help you find your own again.
My background in business management means that I can relate to work-related stress and pressures, as well as pressures related to trying to juggle work and other aspects of our lives. I have a special interest in all kinds of relationships. I am also experienced in working with Loss and Bereavement.
I offer a nurturing space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace. I combine various modalities to tailor the therapy to your specific needs and I work in a collaborative and goal-oriented way. This means that together we define your areas of concern and set some expectations which are re-assessed periodically.
