So many questions, issues and challenges, that we all think and feel at times with a different level of intensity, that needs a safe space where you can reflect and explore your feelings, thoughts and behaviour.
Therapy should be as unique as you are, therefore a few therapeutic techniques are tailored to your needs. In Individual therapy, I support adults to explore their struggles impacting their wellbeing and in Couples therapy, I support partners, marital and premarital, to listen through dialogue, concerns affecting their joint commitment.

I am passionate about my work and committed to supporting my clients, to gain a better understanding of their thoughts, feelings and behaviours, which will open up new possibilities towards wanting to heal, change, or develop, a better future self and/or relationship.
