I've been actively practicing as a Therapist for the last 7 years and have always worked with a variety of people from all ages and backgrounds. The youngest being 8 years and the oldest being 84. Many of these clients have lived in different places all over the country. This experience has meant that I have needed to become a different type of Therapist for each client that I work with to ensure that I am able to best support them. This has also meant that I have worked with people for many different reasons and has given me skills to comfortably meet people where they are and work towards their goals in Therapy.
My approach is very much client focused as I wish to understand what is important to you and what you wish to achieve. With this understanding, I can then tailor my way of working with you to ensure it's a good fit for your goals. I now primarily work online and deliver Therapy through either telephone or video call supporting ages 14 and upwards.
I offer a "Get to know me" call at no cost to help ensure that we both feel that I am the right fit for you. Clinical research shows that if we get this part right, some great progress can be made in Therapy. If I am not the right fit for you, I'll always support those I'm working with in finding what may be better suited to their needs.
