I value supporting people with finding their own path, standing out from the crowd, building connection and relationships. I am not a fixer and I don't have all the answers, although I know that I am OK to sit with people in chaos. I strongly believe people can be empowered to find their own way, on their own terms.
My training is in evidence based person centered and relational psychological therapy. I am able to help navigate and negotiate the challenges, uncertainty and losses that physical and mental health conditions can bring to relationships with yourself, your body and other people in your life.
I work with individuals, couples, families and value supporting effective and positive communication with services involved in your care. I offer clinical supervision to trainee and qualified psychologists.
