About
I won't make assumptions about your reasons for considering therapy, what's led to this, or what things are like for you now (as I believe that everyone's story is unique). Would you like space to make sense of patterns of thoughts; feelings; behaviours; and physiological states, along with the circumstances from which they originate, and presently occur? Are you interested in the idea of carefully experimenting with meaningful change, at a pace which is set by you?
I offer cognitive behavioural therapy as a way of making sense of and working through your struggles. My approach is evidence-based and carefully tailored to your priorities and needs. I am highly experienced, and fully accredited with the BABCP (the UK's lead CBT organisation).
You might have conflicting feelings about the prospect of starting therapy, and that's OK. Please feel free to get in touch with any questions that you may have.
