I am a trauma informed therapist, using integrative therapy which is personalised to you using blended approaches, including (Attachment Focussed) EMDR, CBT and Mindfulness. I am interested in supporting you with depression, anxiety disorders, phobias, addiction, attachment trauma and styles, childhood trauma and difficulties, and processing difficult emotions like anger and grief.
I am warm and will always treat you as an individual, we can co-create adaptive and useful resourcing to support you to cope with struggles. I have NHS experience as a therapist, supporting many clients.
